The Bratin Group is a sub division of Arias Agencies under the umbrella of Globe Life, one of the largest financial services holding companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange. We have two offices: Columbia, Maryland, serving in Columbia, Baltimore, College Park, Rockville and more; Manhattan, New York, serving in Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, and Long Island.

Jason Bratin
Chief Executive Officer
Jason was born and raised in Queens, New York and has been the CEO of The Bratin Group since 2008. Growing up Jason was consumed with athletics and always had a passion to bring that locker room feeling into the business world. He operates with an infectious enthusiastic energy daily to inspire his team to believe that anything is possible. Jason says “It is my mission to lead, train and motivate others to success. I believe that with hard work, a positive attitude, a coach-able mindset and a competitive spirit, the world is yours and everything in it. You just need to get on your grind and get it.”
John Catalano
General Manager
John was born in Long island, and raised in Queens, N.Y. Since high school, John's focus was to become a business owner. With a background in manual labor and landscape design, John decided it was time to use his vigorous work ethic applying it into helping others. John's energetic personality and entrepreneurial spirit drives him to influence others to become the best version of themselves. John's motto is always do your best, what you plant now will harvest later.
DAVID FERRIOLO
Manager
David was raised in Astoria, NY. At the age of 13 he started working with the dream of becoming an entrepreneur. With a strong background in technology and networking David decided to apply those skills to his everyday life. His motto is “Find a way to get it done.
Darion “Nijal” Fleming
Supervising Agent
Nijal was born in Deptford, NJ and raised In Harford County, MD. Nijal has continuously worked on improving himself as an individual through personal development at a very young age. The challenges that arose during the process not only caused him to grow as a person but it built his character and made him who he is today. It wasn’t any skill set, gifts or abilities that made him a good fit for this industry. It is his work ethic, dedication and persistence that has allowed him to strive for 110% each day. Developing his small daily disciplines has taught him to never give up even during the most difficult of times. Through that allows him the ability to be able to motivate, impact, and inspire others to achieve levels they never thought was possible themselves.
Charlene King
Supervising Agent
Charlene is a Supervising Agent for The Bratin Group. Before devoting herself full time to this amazing team, Charlene spent 15 years with Jenny Craig, providing one-on-one weight management support, to those seeking a healthier lifestyle. She believes that if you have a passion for serving those who have a need for what you can provide you will find the success, peace of mind, and a vision you seek. Charlene was Born and raised in Silicon Valley, CA. She currently lives just outside of Baltimore, MD, with her husband of 21 years, Timothy. They are new ‘empty nesters’. Their children, Daniel, 23 and Ruby, 19 are both now back home in CA.
JUSTIN THOMPSON
Supervising Agent
Justin was born and raised in Baltimore MD. Growing up in a single parent household, Justin quickly understood what work ethic and sacrifice meant at an early age. Justin is a passionate, professional, loyal teammate and more importantly a man of integrity. No stranger to adversity, Justin uses his experiences through life and business in order to be solution-oriented and to strive to make everyone around him better.
JARRELL JACKSON
Supervising Agent
Jarrell was born and raised in Queens, NY. Growing up Jarrell, has always been personable, enthusiastic, fun to be around and the life of the party. Jarrell a religious man and a son of a pastor believes it has helped him and guided him to embody the right values, morals, and integrity in business. Jarrell is constantly looking to grow, mentally, physically and spiritually and in turn pay it forward to help others be the best possible versions of themselves. With a culinary, transportation, and sales background he has always been in the service industry. Jarrell says “DETERMINATION plus FAITH equals SUCCESS. Be coachable, attack and take control.”
JULIA PECI
Supervising Agent
Julia was born in El Salvador and raised in Northern New Jersey. Growing up, Julia was always energetic, outgoing and loved to keep herself motivated, mainly thru sports. She was fortunate to have mentors from a very early age teaching her how to build a vision and be strategic. With a Leadership background in Restaurant Corporations, she has decided to take her coaching abilities to the next level with us. Julia's mission is as passionate as ever to support, inspire and pave a new path for all those around her to become greater than they could ever dream of.
Tamara Peeples
Supervising Agent
Tamara was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and she knew from a young age that she wanted to be a leader. From being captain of her high school basketball team, gaining her degree in Pre-Law to her career in entrepreneurship, Tamara is a professional to overcoming obstacles. This successful, married, strong woman is cultured with a certain “je ne sais quoi “ that empowers her to operate gracefully under pressure with the integrity, tenacity and respect for God gained from being raised by a loving single father. Tamara believes not to hold onto things. So she says “Get it off your chest! 120/80, No Stress!”
