Sales Representatives
($65K-$100K+)

We are looking to hire a few Sales Representatives and Sales Managers in New York, New York, and Columbia, Maryland.

We are constantly looking for staff in these areas and have many open job opportunities available.

Interview Immediately:

We have seen a tremendous increase in the demand for our services. As a result, we’re looking for highly motivated sales professionals with a variety of backgrounds and expertise to bring aboard as quickly as possible to facilitate that demand. Our company only works with organized groups or individuals that request our services and have interest in hearing from us.

What will you do?

Sales Manager
($100K-$150K 1st year average):
  • Maintain team by selecting, orienting, and training sales reps
  • Build relationships with your team, create a motivating environment, and run contests
  • Sustain a fun work culture
  • Identify trends in order to game plan properly with your team to increase results
  • Continue professional and technical knowledge by attending educational
    workshops and teaching workshops
Sales Rep
($65K-$100K 1st year average):
  • Help facilitate benefits through Union, Association members and Social media requests.
  • Determine eligibility for new clients
  • Assist with the application process
  • Opens customer accounts
  • Properly explain the benefits available and provide the best product for customer needs
  • Maintain quality service and resolve issues by enforcing customer service standards.

  • NO cold-calling or door-to-door tactics
  • NO business-to-business selling

  • NO aggressive sales tactics
